FYFitness Sessions

FYFitness Sessions - TERM 1 STARTS 10 MARCH 2015

FYFS IS NOW OFFERING SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS in 2015

These sessions will only be available for 6 people max per group.
They are aimed to compliment your current training, or as your only form of training. It's up to you.
They will be scheduled in 3 blocks of 8 weeks, and 3 blocks of 4 weeks throughout the year.

FYFurySessions (30 mins)

Boxing for fitness and strength and coordination. These sessions include glove to pad contact, running, plyometrics bodyweight cardio and strength exercises.

FYFireSessions (30 mins)

High intensity time or rep based challenges. These sessions are short and intense with a focus on maintaining muscle mass and decreasing bodyfat while giving you a sneaky cardio challenge.

FYFlowSessions (45 mins)

With a focus on spinal, hip and shoulder releases, these sessions will not only increase your flexibility, but also you natural strength and mobility. They incorporate Yoga, Pilates and Fascial Release techniques.
